Same here. Can't do HA because I lag out or get all kinds of errors (7, 15 etc). Sometimes it starts when I want to login to a different district, sometimes it starts after waiting for the next map.

Can't do anything now

Well at least your not bumping on the same day, but please stop it. Your not allowed to bump posts, or double/triple post for that matter

Anyhow can you please provide us with more information?

1. What is your general computer specs? (CPU speed, RAM amount and speed, ect...)
2. What is your Internet connection speed?
3. What is your ping in your home district HA? And what is your ping in the International HA?

4. Is the lag constant or only when you first load in?
5. Does your home HA districts lag in anyway at all?

You can't explain people to help you when you don't provide any tech infomation.

1022 Ram
1.66ghz processor
ATI mobilty Radeon x1400 grpahics
Mmory 512

Broadband 1mg

The lag is constant with 5-10 second lag spikes which will after a few minutes lead to an err7 which never happens in any other place.

No my HA district never lags and i normally have to get people to pick me up from euro which is annoying and cant be done with americans.

Im not sure how to find out the ping but i will if u tell me how.

I hope this helps some 1 find out the probelm iv also sent this question to the Guildwars website support and waiting for a reply.

So I take it your on a laptop? Your specs are ok neverthless. Logging a call with A.net was a good step, make sure to provide them with the same information as above.

Also give them a couple of days before replying within the support ticket, as sometimes it takes a while for them to respond.

As for checking you ping, take a look at this thread here:

Guildwars (gw.exe) Switches / Command line options

You need to attach the switch called:

-perf
Displays the performance statics - Tri, FPS, and Bytes/Sec
(Tri = Triangles, FPS = Frames per second, Bytes/Sec = Transfer Rate)

Usage: "C:\Program Files\Guild Wars\Gw.exe" -perf
